[중국기업] 트리나 솔라 Trina solar

 

트리나 솔라는 태양광 (PV) 업체 중 전 세계 1위 업체이며 NASDAQ (나스닥)에 상장되었던 회사이다.

 

 

지금은 Fortune solar holdings에 인수되었고 private company로 전환되어

주식 시장에서는 거래되지 않는다.

 

Trina solar는 시장 1위이면서 최근에 시장 점유율 기준 성장세가 아주 가파랐던 회시였기 때문에 투자 기회를 잃은 것 같아 아쉽다.

 

 

아쉬운 김에 추가로 yingli solar나 Canadian solar 태양광 기업의 주가 확인시 주가는 급락, 매출이나 영업 이익도 16년에 떨어짐 (잉리는 영업손실 중)

 

Trina Solar (TSL) Completes Going-Private Transaction

 

Trina Solar Limited (NYSE: TSL) today announced the completion of its merger (the "merger") with Red Viburnum Company Limited ("Merger Sub"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortune Solar Holdings Limited ("Parent"), pursuant to the agreement and plan of merger (the "merger agreement") dated August 1, 2016 by and among Parent, Merger Sub and the Company. As a result of the merger, the Company ceased to be a publicly traded company and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent.

전환효율을 24.13%까지 올림 JET가 결과 입증하였음

전환 효율 24%라는 것은 현재 기준 아주 대단한 효율임

 

‘Silicon Module Super League’ (SMSL) member Trina Solar has reported a verified N-type monocrystalline Interdigitated Back Contact (IBC) solar cell with a conversion efficiency of 24.13%. Japan Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories (JET) verified the results.
